Allergen Control

We have very extensive allergen control facilities. We have four independent food production areas with each area having its own change area and dedicated production equipment.

We have Allergen control procedures throughout the plant and we operate to BRC grade ‘A’ standard in this respect. We have extensive cleaning procedures throughout which we verify using diagnostic swabs as well as independent external laboratories. All our staff are fully trained in the handling and control of allergens and it is an area of particular expertise within our organisation.
