Food Manufacture

We started food manufacturing as a result of a customer request in 2003. We initially set up a single food hall and put in HACCP food standard. Our customer then succeeded in winning business with several UK based multiple retailers and as a result we were required to implement BRC food standard. We implemented the standard and achieved grade ‘A’ on our first audit. Today we have four separated food halls, each producing dry ambient food products with differing allergen control requirements. We have BRC grade ‘A’ in all four facilities.
